1. the mediums/techniques explored were charcoal, hatching/cross hatching/stippling, scratch paper and white pencil.
2. Charcoal: black, messy, blendable
Hatching/stippling: the closer you put the lines or dots the darker it looks. The farther the lighter valley you have.
3. They have different colors. They work differently.
4. I like the white pencil best because i can control it the best and like that it show highlights instead of shadows.
5. i like hatching least because i can't really put the values i want to show as well as with any other techniques.
